Minnesota Lynx Make Finals in 2024

The Lynx finished their reqular season with a 30-10 record, which was good enough for first place in the Western Conference, and second place overall. In the playoffs, they would face the Mercury in round one. The Lynx won the three game series in just two games. They would then take on the Connecticut Sun for a five-game series. Minnesota won the series 3-2. That left just the Finals for the Lynx and Liberty to battle for the championship. In that series, the Lynx won the first game, followed up with a win for the Liberty in game two and three. The Lynx took game for and it was down to the final game of the series for both teams. In overtime, the Liberty won the finals, 67-62. Courtney Williams was a key player during the playoffs. Napheesa Collier was the team's top scorer, with 694. Kaylan McBride scored 105 three-pointers in the season, and amassed 586 total points. Bridget Carleton played in 39 games, averaged 9.6 points and 3.8 rebounds. Cecilia Zandalasini played in 40 games, averaging 4.6 points per game and 1.1 assists.
